Poison is defined in Dorland’s Medical Dictionary as “any substance which, when in relatively small amounts are ingested …. has a chemical reaction that may cause damage to a structure or disturbance of function, producing symptomatology, illness, or death.” Hydrogenated fats and oils or partially hydrogenated fats and oils undoubtedly fall into this category. They are a major contributor to chronic disease including Heart attacks, Strokes Cardiovascular Disease, Cancer, Inflammatory conditions, and Autoimmune Disease. Read the labels on the food that you buy as your life depends on it because it does.
