Whole Food Supplements
You are better off to consume Whole Food Vitamins.
This is why whole food vitamins are a must. Because of the process of producing foods we have lost a great deal of nutrition in our foods. The pesticides and herbicides have depleted minerals and this continues as I write this. I read recently that the minerals in one cup of spinach in 1942 now take approximately 42 cups of spinach to get the same amount of minerals. No wonder we are so sick in this country and spend 8 times the amount on healthcare as anyone else.
The answer is organic food and whole food supplements that are concentrated supplements from food. These are the minimums that one should take:
A whole food vitamin will have all the nutrients that one needs.
A good fish oil (not over the counter, most are rancid as they are produced a too high a temperature so they can make it cheaper.)
A good probiotic with a prebiotic in it to make the good bacteria grow. This helps the gut and the immune system which is 80% in the gut. It also helps the brain through the brain gut axis. Lactic Acid Yeast will give the gut Microbiome the environment the gut needs to multiply the probiotic.
And a good whole food trace mineral.
There are many other choices one can take for optimum health.
If you are not taking whole food supplements, it is likely that you are not getting the nutrients that your body needs. Those who grow their own food or consumer organic foods are definitely at an advantage.
