Complete Protein

A persons diet must have complete protein. By complete it means that we need all of the essential amino acids. There are 8 essential amino acids, some researchers say 10. Anyway we need all eight in order to use the protein that we have. If not they will stay in the blood stream and not be utilized.

Animal products such as eggs and meats contain all 8 of the essential amino acids. But if we overcook them they will not be able to be utilized in the tissue. For this reason Protefood was developed. Taking Protefood insures that one has all the essential amino acids and the body can utilize what it has.

Evidence that one is not getting all the amino acids could be cold extremities, decreased appetite, decreased muscle tone and fatigue. If protein is too high in the blood this could be the problem or one of the problems. When a patient like this takes Protefood and utilizes the protein often the blood level of protein goes down as the body starts to use the protein that is in the blood.

I see many cases where patients are lifting weights to gain muscle and cant. This is one supplement among a few that helps the patient to reach their goals. When they start utilizing protein they can then grow muscle.

Another use is when we see on the Heart Sound Recorder signs that a patient may have too much protein in the blood. Protefood helps in these instances to decrease the protein in the blood by giving all the essential amino acids so the body can use them and in turn level the protein in the blood to normal.

The uses for Protefood are too numerous to list but it is certainly on of the most important supplements that we use.
